Free cancellation is available if made at least half hour before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than half hour before the appointment may incur a partial fee or no refund, depending on therapist travel status.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unreachable or absent at the time of appointment, no refund will be issued.
