Service Confirmation
1.1 The service contract is formed only after your booking request, submitted via our platform, is confirmed by our customer service staff via telephone or SMS.
1.2 You must ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided, including the service address, contact details, and health conditions.
Payment Terms
2.1 Payment Timing: To secure the booking, you are required to complete the full online payment for the order before the service officially begins. The order becomes valid only after payment is confirmed.
2.2 Cost Explanation: The total order price is all-inclusive, covering both the massage service fee and the therapist’s round-trip transportation costs. No additional fees are required during the service.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Liability for Breach
3.1 Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel the order or change the service time, you must notify customer service at least 1 hour before the scheduled service start time.
3.2 Liability for Breach: If you fail to cancel at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time, or if service cannot be provided after the therapist’s arrival, it will be considered a breach by you, and the paid fees will not be refunded.
User Obligations and Code of Conduct
4.1 You are obligated to provide a safe, clean, and uninterrupted indoor environment for the smooth provision of the service.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct: Any form of illegal, immoral, or harassing behavior (including but not limited to sexual innuendo, verbal or physical harassment) is strictly prohibited. Upon occurrence, the therapist has the right to terminate the service immediately unilaterally. Fees paid will not be refunded, and the platform reserves the right to pursue legal action.
4.3 Health Disclosure: You must accurately disclose your health status (e.g., serious heart conditions, hypertension, skin diseases, pregnancy) before the service. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the concealment of health conditions.

Disclaimer
5.1 We are not liable for service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, public transport breakdowns).
5.2 The massage services provided by the platform are intended for relaxation and wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
Miscellaneous
6.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms based on changes in laws, regulations, or business needs. The revised terms will take effect upon publication.
6.2 The formation, execution, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
