1. Eligibility for Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid under the following circumstances:
- You successfully cancel your order at least 1 hour before the scheduled service start time.
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons attributable to us or our therapists (e.g., therapist unavailability).
2. Non-refundable Circumstances
The paid fees will not be refunded under the following circumstances:
- You fail to cancel the order at least 1 hour before the service is scheduled to begin.
- The service cannot be started or completed due to your circumstances after the therapist arrives at the designated location (e.g., you are not present, refuse the service, or the therapist cannot access the premises).
- The service is terminated by the therapist due to your violation of the “User Obligations and Code of Conduct” in the Terms of Service (e.g., engaging in harassment, immoral, or illegal behavior).

For orders eligible for a full refund, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
